The present general conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company hereafter called Moranelle, and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to purchase a product on the website www.moranelle.fr hereafter called "the buyer".

Moranelle SAS is a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 1,000 euros whose registered office is located at 7 bis rue des Alouettes 60113 Monchy-Humières France, registered in the Compiègne Trade and Companies Register under number 840 287 809. The Moranelle company can be reached via its telephone number: + 33 9 72 50 68 51 in France and abroad (at the price of a local call from a mobile excluding additional costs linked to your operator. Our customer service is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9h30 to 13h00 then from 14h00 to 17h00 Paris time.


The present general conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Moranelle and the buyer via the E-commerce site www.moranelle.fr

The acquisition of a product on the commercial site ready to wear www.moranelle.fr site implies a total acceptance and without any reserve by the buyer of these general conditions of sale.

These general conditions of sale have priority over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by Moranelle, which reserves the right to modify them at any time. The valid conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.


Products for sale are those presented and published on the site www.moranelle.fr. These products are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the event of stock shortage, Moranelle will contact the buyer by telephone or e-mail at the address provided by the latter as soon as possible to offer him either a replacement or cancellation of his order. Each product is accompanied by a description established by Moranelle.

The photographs in the catalogue are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular as regards the colours and the placement of the motifs.


The prices appearing in the catalogue are prices including all taxes in euros taking into account the VAT applicable in France on the day of the order; any change of the rate could be reflected on the price of the products. Moranelle reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the purchaser.

The prices indicated do not include the costs of processing orders, transport and delivery as long as they take place in the geographical areas provided below. For countries not listed, the buyer must contact Moranelle to define the conditions of acquisition of products sold online.


The online sale of products presented in the Moranelle site is reserved for buyers residing in France, France DROM TROM, Monaco, and for specific delivery areas.

Shipping costs by geographical area :

France : 5.95 €

France Drom Trom : 8.95 €

Monaco : 5.90 €

Moranelle reserves the right to cancel any order and any transaction placed, if it came to notice anomalies in the delivery address having caused an error in the calculation of shipping costs. At no time can the sums paid by the buyer be considered as a deposit or a deposit.


The buyer, who wishes to buy a product must:

1 - Fill in the information form on which he will indicate the requested contact details;

2 - Validate his order after having verified it;

3 - Make the payment under the planned conditions;

4 - Confirm his order and payment;


By clicking on the button"Add to basket" during the ordering process, and after having checked in his"Basket" the contents of the order and, if necessary, to have modified it, the buyer declares to accept fully and without reserve the entirety of these general conditions of sale. After having confirmed the contents of his order, the purchaser will validate it definitively by the payment. The order will be final only as from the payment of the corresponding price.

Moranelle will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the recorded order. In case of error in the wording of the email address or contact details of the buyer, Moranelle cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of confirming the order or making delivery.

The order can only be processed by Moranelle after receipt and collection of the order amount.

Any modification of the order or part of the order requested by the buyer cannot be taken into account by Moranelle after dispatch of the order.

Pursuant to Article L 122-1 of the Consumer Code, Moranelle reserves the right to cancel any order from a buyer with whom it is in dispute concerning a previous order, or if Moranelle reasonably believes that this buyer has violated these general conditions of sale or that he is engaged in fraudulent activity, or that he has refused to provide Moranelle with any useful and necessary information likely to secure payment and delivery of products, or for any other legitimate reason.


Buyers, individuals benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen clear days from the delivery of their order to return the product to Moranelle for refund without penalty.

The retraction must be formulated via the Moranelle customer area: https://www.moranelle.fr/fr/historique-commandes, to do this the buyer must :

- Access your order history from your account.

- Select the order containing the product he wants to return.

- Select the product(s) you want to return by checking the box next to their name(s).

- (optional) Add an explanation for this return so that we understand why the product is not suitable.

Upon receipt of this return request, a prepaid"Colissimo" return voucher will be sent by email. The products must be returned in their original unopened packaging, i.e. not worn and clean, accompanied by the delivery note to the address indicated on the prepaid return slip"Colissimo" provided by Moranelle.

After receipt and verification of the products, a credit note will be generated automatically and will then be available on the buyer's online account in the form of a purchase voucher. If he wishes, the buyer can then place another order for the desired product(s) using this voucher.

If the purchaser prefers a refund it is advisable to indicate it on the delivery order which you will have joined to the parcel for the return of the goods or by simple mail to service-client@moranelle.fr by specifying well the number of order and its name or via the form of contact: https://www.moranelle.fr/fr/nous-contacter

Moranelle will refund the buyer within 30 days following the date on which the right of withdrawal of the buyer has been exercised in accordance with Article L 121-20-1 of the Consumer Code.

Customised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.


The price is due with the order.

Payments will be made by credit card; they will be made through the secure system MoneticoPayment which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can become aware during transport on the network.

At the buyer's request, a paper invoice will be sent to the buyer showing the VAT.


Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the delivery note which can only be in the agreed sales area.

In case of damage during transport, the justified protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

The maximum delivery time is 30 working days from the order, unless otherwise specified to the buyer before placing the order and prior to final validation thereof. In this case, Moranelle will indicate an estimated delivery range. The buyer has the right to cancel his order if delivery has not taken place no later than 7 working days after the delivery date indicated by Moranelle, unless this delay in delivery is due to a case of force majeure within the meaning of the jurisprudence of the French courts. Within 10 working days following the buyer's request to cancel the order, Moranelle will reimburse the buyer.


All products supplied by Moranelle benefit from the legal warranty provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned free of charge to Moranelle who will take it back for a credit note, exchange it or refund it. All claims, exchange or refund requests must be made by email to service-client@moranelle.fr. Exclusion of Warranty: Products modified, repaired, integrated or added by the purchaser or any other person not authorized by the supplier of the product are excluded from warranty. The warranty will not apply to apparent defects. The warranty will not cover products damaged during transport or misuse.

Article L 211-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is required to deliver a good in conformity with the contract and is liable for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. He shall also be liable for defects in conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions or installation where the latter has been placed at his expense by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.

Article L 211-5 of the Consumer Code: To be in conformity with the contract, the goods must:

1) be fit for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where necessary :

- Correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that he presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model

- Present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, particularly in advertising or labelling

2) or possess the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the seller's attention and accepted by the latter.

Article L 211-12 of the Consumer Code: The action resulting from a lack of conformity is prescribed by 2 years from the delivery of the good


In case of non-conformity of the product or any other requests for return, the buyer may make a request for return to Moranelle.

- Select the order containing the product he wants to return.

- Select the product(s) you want to return by checking the box next to their name(s).

- (optional) Add an explanation for this return so that we understand why the product is not suitable.

Upon receipt of this return request, a prepaid"Colissimo" return voucher will be sent by email.

If the buyer and Moranelle have agreed to return the products, the returned items must imperatively, for hygiene reasons be returned in their original packaging complete and intact and in perfect condition for resale. Products unfit for further marketing will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.

The return will be made to the address below by attaching a copy of the delivery order and using the prepaid"Colissimo" return order provided by Moranelle.

The cost of returning the product ordered and delivered will be borne by Moranelle. In any case, these provisions do not deprive the buyer of his right of withdrawal as provided under the heading"Withdrawal".

It is also specified that the products offered during special summer and winter operations come in defined quantities well before the sale is put online and may not be replenished. These products cannot be the object of an exchange on behalf of the purchaser, but only of a refund in the event of nonconformity.

If a credit note is issued, it will be generated automatically after verification of the goods. This credit note will then be available on the buyer's online account as a voucher. The buyer can then re-order the desired product(s) using this voucher.

Moranelle, in the process of selling online, is bound only by an obligation of means; its liability can not be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, disruption of service, or other unintended problems.


All elements of the www.moranelle.fr site are and remain the exclusive property of Moranelle and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound, whether they belong to Moranelle or to a third party, and by any process whatsoever. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without Moranelle's prior express written consent.

None of the documents from the site www.moranelle.fr may be reproduced, copied, published, posted, downloaded, transmitted or distributed in any way whatsoever, except in the case of a simple recording of documents on a microcomputer for the buyer's personal use and for non-commercial purposes. Mention of ownership must remain intact. Modification of these documents or their use for any other purpose constitutes an infringement of Moranelle's property rights.


In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, amended by Act 2004-810 of 6 August 2004, personal data relating to buyers may be processed automatically. Moranelle reserves the right to collect information on buyers including by using cookies, and, if it wishes, to transmit to business partners the information collected.

Buyers may object to the disclosure of their contact information by notifying Moranelle. Similarly, users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law of 6 January 1978. To exercise this right of opposition or rectification, the buyer is invited to write to :

The automated processing of information, including the management of e-mail addresses of users of the site will be declared to the CNIL on the first order.


Moranelle provides the buyer on its website different spaces for which he must enter a password.

This password is strictly personal and the buyer must ensure its confidentiality.

As such, the buyer is responsible for any use of this password and Moranelle can in no case be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of these spaces and/or this password.

The buyer must inform Moranelle of any fraudulent use of his password or space and must log out after each consultation of the site.


Moranelle will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a true copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code. Moranelle's computerized records will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.


The present conditions of online sale are subject to French law and will be executed and interpreted in accordance with French law. In the event of litigation, the purchaser will address by priority to Moranelle to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
